Just beat Erika in LGE, and it was easily the hardest time I've ever had against her. I usually don't think much of the Oddish line because they always seemed like one of the most basic bitch Grass lines in the series, so it somehow slipped my mind that oh yeah, Vileplume's a fairly bulky mon with 110 SpAtk and a very powerful STAB healing move. I wasn't able to cleanly 2HKO it with Sizzly Slide because of Mega Drain and got uncomfortably close to losing my starter and the run along with it.
In happier news Perry is actually decent now that he's evolved and the Celedon TMs have given my team a good boost. The addition of two more Eevee moves have cemented that Squishy will never learn a move with a non-stupid name for the rest of its life.
