It's literally ESRB but with other letters slapped on top, to the point a lot of publishers just slap a sticker over the ESRB rating on the shrinkwrap. It also has shit graphic design while we're at it, and I'll seethe about it forever unless they manage to make it look less like ass.
I actually waited out on Brilliant Diamond solely because I didn't want a box with that rating, and I knew the store I go to would get the US copies everntually. Yes I hate it that much.
