Will you be able to forcefully dust non-duplicates or will you have to open 100 packs of a new set before you can even consider saving up for the V card you actually want?
I assume the answer is no so that people can't just transfer a collection of full art EXs and dust those for a bunch of credits.
Also something weird from this screenshot. The packs are auto-opened and there is no visible reverse holos. The 21st card is a calyrex V promo.
