>>39734456Why I don't care? I was always the poor kid growing up. I could never afford any handheld so I emulated every single Pokémon game. With no access to trading, I never caught them all. But that didn't really affect my enjoyment of the games. Even when I got older and was able to afford a legit copy of Black 2 I still didn't catch them all. I just don't have the time to track down every single Pokémon anymore.
I understand why this can become so central to someone else's enjoyment of the game, but at the same time, I know that the games won't be terrible just because you can't have every single monster. I know a lot of people play casually this way, with no preexisting collection of Pokémon that they transfer from game to game. If I did have such collection, however, I'd be pissed.
Things like poor graphics and animations are much more worrisome IMO.
