Fuck you ORAS was better than X/Y. ORAS kept all of xy's good features and added onto them. It also has a way better overworld with more exploration and better looking environments. Xy is full of gimmicky shit that is dreadful to back track through. XY's customization was shit, and frankly I didn't miss it in ORAS. Secret bases were more than a good trade for all XY's 4 clothing options. When sun and moon came out, I realized I actually liked oras more. I can't explore the ocean in sm despite being a tropical region and festival plaza was terrible. I was never able to get online trade/battles to work in sm. NOT ONCE. I spent the the better part of 2 years not even trading or battling online. I never had any problems with PSS. In fact, comparability with xy made the online even more fun. Hell, Dex nav was great too. I got a boomburst chatot through dexnav. I actually had fun backtracking through each area to see which rare, strong, or foreign Pokemon I could find. ORAS is a direct upgrade from XY and SM couldn't even surpass it. Y'all can complain that it didn't have any emerald features, but even without them, ORAS was the best Pokemon game on 3ds.
