The dlc is great for the map design and the character beats. Both are top notch imo, but i cant say theyre worth the cost of base + dlc, even if you get the base cheap. If you got base game free then id say shelling the 20 for dlc is worth it but unfortunately pokemon games never really drop much in value.

I certainly hope we get proper customization next go around but im not holding my breath
