No need for a detailed background, just some simple focus on the beach sand area is sitting at and maybe a glass of lemonade, his bag and clothes next to him.

Requesting a young Norman in Johto or the current ORAS Norman travelling back in Johto for a vacation and interacting with a Meowth or Persian or Furret or better Tauros since this one can be found nearby Olivine City juts like Meowth. If ORAS Norman than him visiting Jasmine rather than interacting with a Pokemon is okay too.
I have this pic related as reference that somehow illustrates a young Norman concept, art isn't one of the best but still looks nice. The artist is free to use his own concept for younger Norman tho. Otherwise go straight with ORAS adult Norman, both are welcome, he's a cool guy.
