Deoxys can physically change forms, has tendrils, and wouldn't resort to dark explosive attacks over actual PSI (or Psychic) attacks
he'd probably be Psychic Dhalsim but unlike Shulk his stats don't wear off and very few of his attacks actually alternate
i don't give a fuck about OP's problem with Blaziken or Sceptile being Grassninja but that's super dead wrong.
