For Pokemon who are meant to be really strong lore wise, but are way too frail to be competitively viable

Most Pokemon who have this ability can't take full advantage of it, and even if they can it's not that great. Despite being primarily learned by Rock Types, the only Rock Type move with recoil is Head Smash, which many of them don't learn or don't get STAB off. Now Rock Types like Golem and Aerodactyl have reason to have this ability, non-Rock Types have a bonus, and Head Smashers have more power for a high-risk high-reward move

Dusknoir is meant to be a psychopump, so not only would it make sense for it to be a Ghost Type killer, but this would give it some much needed longevity, especially in double battles. Bannete would also get it since it's meant to be a counterpart, and I guess Darkrai and Spiritomb would also make sense.

As is, this ability is just inferior to Clear Body and White Smoke in every way. I'm surprised it wasn't part of the ability already, it has such renowned accuracy but it'll still miss attacks at the same rate as everybody else?
