Also, for those not aware every shiny in this game is edited, some of them are just edge colors, but alot of them look real cool, Espeon is a personal favorite.
The past however many hours were spent grinding against underleveled mons for some EVs (all gym leaders have good natures, some IVs, and EVs as well as far as I know) I probably won't max them out until all important battles have them, don't want to steamroll the early game.
I also learned that running around raises friendship, cause Geisha and Charlie both evolved way before I expected them too, I don't think I get a shiny stone until after the 7th gym, so Geisha might get benched soon, don't want him dying.
The gym went real easily compared to the stuff leading up to it, Meech, the shiny Trubbish I caught, set up two layers of toxic spikes just to be careful, Geisha came in, set up some growths, and went to town, Julia's team was all electric, with the biggest threat being a level 15 Electrode, which got 1 shot, sonic boom was still scary though.
I'm gonna call it a night here, even if it was only one gym today, it still took a while, and I'm going to get some cool encounters in the next areas so I'm enjoying this so far, even if the story is wattpad and

Tomorrow we'll have a lot of stuff in store, including what is practically a mega tangrowth, and a gym battle with even more illegally leveled mons, level cap is 25 for the next gym.
