Something I don't see many people talking about is now that the National Dex is gone it'll mean that Sword and Shield is most likely incompatible with future games in the series.
For example. if a Sinnoh remake comes out on the Switch it will have to include all the Pokemon in it's Pokedex that Sword and Shield has in it's Pokedex or else trading, battling etc won't be possible. You can't trade a Shinx from Sinnoh for a Wooloo from Galar if those Pokemon aren't in each others Pokedex.
