>>35385799they aren´t lazy nor incompetent, they are weird developers with weird priorities, for example in SM they made unique battle animations for important trainers with a really attention to detail put into then but people seem to not care about that at all, same with a lot of things.
they know how to give the games a good atmosphere, are pretty good at worldbuilding, their art and sound team is full of really talented people etc.
But i think they should listen a bit more to their fans
