What once seemed like a promising Pokemon journey for young Arlet, suddenly turned for the worst as Team Rocket confronted him one dark night outside of the Safari Zone.
The Rocket agents saw him capture the strongest Tauros in the Safari Zone, and told him that he either gave up his newly-caught Tauros, or Team Rocket would take all his Pokemon by force.
After he started crying, a more sensible member of the Rockets made him a proposal; "You know, Team Rocket is always looking for new members. It'd be a shame if the bond between you and your Pokemon was broken. Why don't you join us in our plan of world domination."
Not seeing any other way out of this one, Arlet reluctantly joined Team Rocket. Now he spends his days harassing and ambushing naive and unsuspecting trainers, just as Team Rocket had done to him in the past...
