>>55774261Literally doesn't look out of place or rude for them to be barefoot, sandals are one step away from being barefoot as it stands and while I prefer sandals/flip-flops because they keep feet in better condition it's obvious to see that it wouldn't make much difference if they weren't wearing any. It's a SUMMER festival, why do you think being barefoot during summer is rude?
