Every now and then I come back to /vp/ and then leave when I remember how unfathomably retarded people are. Let's Go is fun as fuck. I went to the late night release with my girlfriend (she got Eevee and I got Pikachu) and I am having a blast. You bitch about things like "casualization" and it being easy when most of those things are convenience (easier xp grind and no HMs) and in reality, Pokemon has never been super hard. I have played since the first versions and onwards aside from Sun and Moon and can you honestly say I have never had a super hard struggle in ANY of those battles when I wasn't like 7 years old.
This is why shit like Nuzlocke exists, to give challenge to a game that was just meant to be fun. Nobody on /vp/ knows how to have fun. If you don't get a smile on your face when you see Pikachu or Eevee's reaction when you pet them, I am so sorry your child-like sense of wonder and adventure that led you to enjoy the originals was murdered so long ago. This game is dope.
