Personally i think your deck is trying to do too much at the same time, it's a bit too unfocused, like your choice of energy, since you are trying to play Munkidori and you only really need 1 M energy for Metagross' attack you can use more D energies so it is more likely for you to get it, i personally dislike uneven evolution lines and i think since you are using Clefairy you could put this Metagross as an answer to Dragapult since you are already using the evo line
Super potion is really niche, i can see how useful it would be since you just wanna play for longer but even dropping those and putting two Budew in your deck would be more useful for setting up early game
I fail to see the reason for choosing Morty's Conviction as a draw choice, but maybe you just like the card, i don't know, it just feels pretty unlikely and even if you a full draw it would be worse than Prof Research which you can play around with Mew, since you are playing a 2 stage as your main more rare candy would be good, less pokegear, no need for Lilie's Pearl, you can just use a better tool in place of that for more survivability
All in all if you really wanna invest in something that just plays for a longer period of time it would be better to try a single prize attacker deck since those tend to last longer
