The climb to 1600 is steep, real fucking steep. It's why you will never find a sticker on anyone who brags about having a winrate over 60%. I think you're a child for taking it for granted. You've clearly never suffered for it, and I bet you're too complacent with your masters ranking to ever actually work for it.
