Given how good it is in PU, I was expecting something at least usable, but its level up movepool is utter ass and it doesn't have any good early game TMs. It only learns 4 moves with more than 40 bp naturally, one of which is a heart scale move. I couldn't even justify keeping it around until Pastoria to get it either.
