If you look the previous starter, the first stage doesn't share the same tint of the final stage except for the Fennekin line.
It's obvious that's a common mistake because nearly impossible to guess what shade will be used for the evo and they don't want something to different from the stage.
That's why I think El Tigre and friends are fake but they are real I will walk under the sunlight.
