Just a small doodle for now. I've been too busy to draw much at all lately, including OC content fit to share.
Adeline doesn't really have a "costume," just an outfit for a Halloween-like holiday from her native region. It's old lore I haven't touched in like 3 years.
Speaking of: I mentioned last thread that Adeline was a gym leader when I made her. As fluff I put together a few things:

Rematch team is fun, I tried making something that isn't optimal but still challenging, sorta like what Game Freak does with some fights.
Besides Adeline I have a few more OCs, but only one other dedicated Pokémon one unfortunately, so I might not have as much to share of those besides the handful of images I have that fit the thread.
