While Blaziken has long legs, it's knees are humanoid, not like a bird's which is characteristic for most. And by most, I mean 99%.
Blaziken clearly has a tail that makes up maybe 5% of it's profile. A Shamo chicken has a very large, characteristic tail that you clearly don't give enough credit for because of the poor angle.
You see this bird? It is a very fancy tail that very clearly extends past it's meaty body and is very stylized, something nearly all cocks have in common.
Also, saying something is similar just because of the color of their eye is stupid. I'm no more a cat just because our eyes look relatively similar, nor any other animal, who's eyes, while perhaps subtly different, aren't too dissimilar looking, especially if you were to cartoonize them.
