Misty is the youngest Gym Leader in Kanto, she was represented with the sprite of a girl in the Overworld of Pokémon Red & Blue. Sugimori's art, both of the game and the cards, shows Misty as a very young girl. On the other hand, Erika was rejuvenated in LGPE, her facial features became more childish and her height was reduced to be on par with Misty.
Brock and Sabrina appear to share the same age, with Surge apparently entering his 40s just like Giovanni. Koga, unlike the two of them, has gray hair in HGSS, so he is older by 5 or 7 years. Lastly, Blaine must be around 65 years old.
