Pokémon on the Switch is either going to release in 2017 and be horrid or release in 2018 and be mediocre. This is Gamefreak we're talking about. And when I say that, I'm not just saying they're incompetent, I'm saying that they're a handheld developer. They have never developed a Pokémon game for a home console, not even the Stadium games for the N64. To think they can have a fully fledged console Pokémon game ready before the end of 2018 when their main dev team just finished up S/M in 2016 is nonsense.
