When I first loaded the BW rom I got a completely black top and bottom screen with a menu menu with a bunch of options I didn't fully read and translate yet and was just clicking around.
Selecting one of them put me in Nuvema town as the male protag with Cheren outside the lab, clearly mid tutorial.
Then I reset and scrolled a bit through options, saw some RTC one, and some other things I tried to select but couldn't.
Then from my recollection I selected an option that was 名前〇〇〇〇から as all I remember the option being.
And that put me at the title screen
Now when I cold boot it I only get the title screen, I even used desmume and re extracted it fir a fresh file but still I only get the title screen now, I wanted to actually read and see all the other options but most of all I'm confused why I cannot recreate this and I don't see like any temp files made trying fresh versions of the emulator and the file just like I didi originally and it only goes to the title screen only.
Did anyone else have the black screen with menu on cold boot like I did, or know how to get to it?
