Having one mildly useful spawn in a pool of 12-15 with no additional incentive isn't worth even the most domesticated's time - especially when they downgraded Rockets yet again so they're not even worth going for. I don't even feel like bothering with gym control many days because they don't sell anything I want to buy.
I'll at least bother with Nihilego twice a day instead of actively ignoring it like I did Guzzlord (it's just not worth going out of the way for, I won't ever use it) but that's about it
