Gengar's traps you so it's pretty much Mega-Gengar again in all senses. Lapras' move has the Aurora Veil effect, you don't even need an specific weather (meaning you can use other moves too and keep the effect, like set up rain and use it to boost even more your special water move, while you keep the Aurora Veil effect without Hail). Alcremie's move effect is that heals you and your allies on top damaging the adversary
