Are you able to check the OT? Not that anyone here is stupid enough to lose their cartridge somehow and then go buy the game again when it went on sale to load their backed up save file so it's like nothing happened despite still feeling incredibly stupid for having to do that, but who knows maybe some people just want to know the name of a random cartridge that got lost for no reason. No reason not to check, right? Just in case other people who are not me want to know.

Maybe on /vp/, it's any gen but 1, but you'd still have to be absolutely fucking stupid to answer this question with any other gen than 1.
Either that or you just started playing Pokemon and you haven't dealt with years of moaning and groaning about anything that wasn't from their childhood from people who haven't even touched the games after Gold/Silver/Crystal.

Nine times out of ten, hard modes in them are usually just
>enemies/bosses are buffed by a ton of HP or stats
>if it's a Final Fantasy, it's almost guaranteed immune to status regardless of difficulty
>your damage output is nerfed 0.75x, enemy's is buffed 1.25x or worse 1.5x/2.0x
which is always solved by grinding more and just ends up being tedious rather than difficult and rewarding.
DPPt pretty nailed difficulty in Pokemon and they should have just stayed around that area. Not even "difficult" romhacks get it right since they usually do stupid shit like throwing full teams of 6 at you by the 1st Gym.
