SSA has a Potion grid, SST has Max Condutivity, and Ash has TM refresh on Sync.
1st Sync is a 2 turn SSA Sync with help from SST's GMax Move
2nd Sync onwards is from Ash. Before the first enemy sync and your 1st Sync with Ash, you want to use Ash's damage guard.
SST just keeps terrain up and spam B-volt Tackle, SSA uses potion when needed. Save the 1st B Aura Sphere after you get 4 sync buffs and 2nd one after the 5th sync buff, then use Ash's B-Thunderbolt to nuke mid. Sides should be dead by then from Ash's Sync and Red's B-Volt tackles.
No flinches needed. You need a low roll from the earthquake on the 3rd Cycle so SST doesn't get 1hit KO'd.
You're probably better off running Burgh with Unova trainees. I just did this for a challenge.
