From all I've seen, Giratina represents either Gravity, Antimatter or Entropy. Gravity is a sort of natural pulling force that every single body in the universe exudes from small animals to celestial bodies. Antimatter is a fundamental property of the universe's structure described as an invisible hard to detect extra layer of that mirrors all particles. And entropy is described as the final state of energy in the universe where temperature is somehow lost, thought to be the final state of the universe itself where all things decay and are consumed by a plethora of black holes. Now I'm hardly an expert but thats my best explanation as far as I understand.
Against that is Necrozma who apparently feeds of light, an incredibly abundant product of electromagnetic radiation all throughout the universe or heat in simpler words. While Necrozma has a a seemingly limitless amount of energy, Giratina possibly governs far more widely encompassing aspects of reality itself. Not to mention Giratina is still a direct creation of the closest thing to an omnipotent god in this setting and capable of overpowering the only two other dieties that govern the fundamental aspects of reality. Giratina definitely has far more potential of power compared to Necrozma.
