>>43870183I'm probably going to stop posting because it looks like your designs are already decided. It's fine if you're using other people's designs, but it will lower your ability to curate your game. Because you're limited by pre-existing designs, you won't necessarily be able to tie them in as well. I'm not saying you CAN'T, but it's really unlikely.
I sketched this up really quickly and I know it's low quality but this is how I imagined a bat that hides as a stalactite. The one you posted is fair enough but it looks like an In Training Digimon and its Rookie Digimon form. I expect you're quite young because everything has to look like Aerodactyl or Guilmon or something; quasi-goofy but mostly "cool" and lizard-like.
>>43870242I really like the beetle. I would do an anthro-fake out and have it stand on two legs on the first two forms and then look more like a traditional beetle in its final form. It doesn't look like a "Steel" type, it's just an expy of mecha.
The lemur I like the concept of because I'm a tokufag. The art is quite bad though, but the DESIGN itself is okay. The only thing missing is an evident Fire typing.
The newt is pretty bad. They all look like cheap toys. But the colour scheme is onto something - like that it's an off-teal rather than yet another bright fucking blue. I also really like that the second form's hands are mismatched; that's great. They need an overhaul though; I would put them all on all fours at all times and have their tails high in the air. Why not give them a scorpion stinger or something? They're Pocket MONSTERS, remember?
Anyway, that's my take. Probably won't get used but oh well.
