in-game: Attract, Captivate, Cute Charm can work on certain cases even if both pokemon are male
they level up faster in the daycare and obtain certain extras (dunno what ATM)
if you choose the male trainer sometimes their affection/friendship can be higher than 255, meaning the male pokemon literally loves you and you can notice it by textx during battle or by checking it in amie, something like "Feraligatr is blushing while looking at Trainer crotch"
you can trigger and start a sex scene with pokemon by touching him in the pokemon amie where his sheath/slit/balls/whatever should be, having sex with your pokemon give them EVs, increase friendship/affection
