The order would go Gallade, boy, kirlia, ralts. So Largest to smallest.
Gallade can be doing any kind of balance pose, but here is a reference pic if you need it. The boy should look like he's having a hard time holding the pose, whilst the kirlia and ralts are doing just fine.
If you want to, you can include a motherly looking/ara ara gardevoir in the background observing them with a smile. This part is totally optional though.
Also, here's a really good reference pic of what a young red would look like. Just lose the jacket, hat, keep the black shirt, and have him wear pants that have been torn in to shorts and it would be an accurate representation of how i'd imagine the kid to look.
