It would be cool if there was a divide between an urban south (England) and a more wild and rural north (Scotland) with you working your way North through the country running into tougher pokemon (city would have lots of small pokemon while north would have bigger boys, possibly based on celtic folklore).
That being said, I'd be surprised if they did Europe again. I thought the general consensus was an Australian region.
