I have several different Torterras today. A couple have builds for competitive battling, one build is for breeding and egg moves, but one is set apart from the others. It doesn't have the best moves. It doesn't have perfect IVs or EVs. It's not even max level. But it was the same Torterra that brought me back into pokemon, and I occasionally use it in-game.

Factually, I know it's just of digital data, but that bit of digital data helped preserve some of my favorite childhood memories forever.

And that's why Torterra is my favorite pokemon.

Step 1: Hang back and let the major threats (Ice types, Talonflame, Ubers, etc) take each other out.
Step 2: Spend the time dumping leech seeds everywhere.
Step 3: Tank like a motherfucker, using my attack stat to take out any remaining threats.

Call me crazy, but I could actually have an outside chance of doing well here.
