I am done to a working state. Here is a program that can search the pastebins posted here for your desired SV. Only one at the moment, but you can just add a new one and it will append the results like pic related.
It use to show the pokemon IV stats, but that was buggy and didn't work most of the time since I was just relying on regex.
You don't need java or .NET. It should work as is, just click the TSV Searcher.exe, report any errors if you don't mind.
I guess next step is automatic multiple SV search and other UI stuff or some suggestions
