Yes indeed, it appears that there has been a new Pokémon recently discovered that bears a striking resemblance to the incredibly rare and horrifying “Pingas” character. This pingas Pokémon, officially dubbed “Pengas” by the Pokémon research department, is an Ice and Fire type, and has a base stat total of 500. It is notable due to the fact that is learns boomburst, a base 140 power Normal type attack, but it can also have the ability “refrigerate”, which not only gives all Normal type attacks a 30% power boost, but it also converts them to Ice type, meaning not only does Pengas get Same Type Attack Bonus when he uses boomburst, but he can also deal super effective damage, which is not normally possible with Normal type moves.
