Although there are probably better ways to raise it, I EV trained mine in HP and Sp. Atk., and it has cotton guard and a bunch of varied special attacks. It can learn Dazzling Gleam, Surf, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Psychic, Flamethrower, and probably some other shit. Thanks to mine, I was able to win all four of the wi-fi matches I played with my friends.
