if we had a mandatory closing time of something like 11:59pm EST, we would still have another 10 hours of waiting before this survey closed, and then another 10 hours after that before i was awake/around to post results
if we had a mandatory closing time of something like 10:30am PST, we would still have nearly 24 hours of waiting, because this survey was released at 10:45am PST on release day, which would mean we need to wait until 10:30am PST tomorrow before it can close or have results posted.
