>>48726847>>48756460Continuing from where I left off,
>decide to just say "fuck it" and use the Day Care to grind up Greywolf and Delahaye to semi-appropriate levels, before grinding them and the rest of the party (sans Greywolf), up to level 41 before challenging the twins>Battle starts and it goes exactly as I figured it would, with Rickenback and Delahaye Surfing and Shadow Balling the Claydol down as Xatu Calm Minds, with Delahaye taking an EQ to half in the process>Lunatone comes out and I realize that Delahaye will die to another Psychic, but if I give either mon a free turn I'm practically guaranteed to lose>Double into Lunatone with Surf and Shadow Ball and it almost dies, but just barely hangs on and Xatu takes out Delahaye with a Psychic>After a minute of deliberation, send out Harris since it can take out Xatu and get up Light Screen>Get up Light Screen with HArris as it takes a Xatu Psychic, Lunatone Hyper Potions, and Rickenback just keeps spamming Surf>Next turn take out Xatu with Thunderbolt and knock Lunatone low with Surf as it gets Harris low>Solrock comes out>Through some fucking miracle, manage to take out Lunatone the first turn with that same combo, avoid dying to Solrock's Psychic, and then take it out next turn with Surf and ThunderboltI may have misremembered one or two turns, but either way, I managed to make it out of that battle alive. Harris and Rickenback carried, but I coiuldn't have done it without Delahaye, whose strong as shit Shadow Balls will definitely be missed
