Technician's threshold is not high enough. Currently it leaves moves such as aurora beam and mirror shot in limbo; too weak, and just outside of technician range.
Because technician pokemon often do not have access to these incredibly high power moves I think expanding technician to base 75 power and below would keep some moves from being totally forgotten.
