Plus, the Gastly/Haunter there gave tons of SP Attack EVs to my Butterfree (+17 points on SP Attack in only 3 level ups) all the while a bunch of Meowth were picking up even more Rare Candies and PP UPs.
But still, this one was more than good enough for my standard and I wanted to go on. At least I had left most trainers on the west and east roads leading to Fuschia un-fought so lvling him up has been pretty damn fast.
