My top 1 is Koffing (and Weezing too).
They are poison type and they symbolize pollution, corruption and decadence. Still, Koffing has a big smile, it is like he doesn't care at all. The world is being poisoned, but he feels fine. However Weezing face is not smiling. We might even say that they are like humans, who pollute in the name of progress but then realize the shit they have done.
Koffing is why I started loving pokémon and it looks like the perfect pokémon for someone who loves science and chemistry (and I always had an interest in these things since elementary school). So, Koffing had always been my #1 since the very beginning.
