That said nobody is entitled to guaranteed URs in boosters, sometimes you can get fucking retarded luck and sometimes you pull nothing but shit. Unless the set is good like Phantom Forces, boosters are more of a fun thing as most holo and UR cards you may end up pulling are dogshit that's worth less than an actual pack. Singles obviously get you what you actually want, though it's a bit more boring.
