A Pokemon based on a musical note (inb4 Chatot)
Pure Normal type, and learns most sound-related moves. It would basically serve as the Ditto/Smeargle/Castform of the region; i.e. a gimmicky mon caught mainly for the novelty value. The base form is a quaver-like body with an eye in the dot. Similar to Unown, it has 12 different forms, each corresponding to a different pitch on the chromatic scale. The forms differ in eye color, and each has a cry in a different key (corresponding to its form).
