I couldn't my Sapphire or Ruby versions so I decided to just SR on Heart Gold since I thought it would be the easiest to get a shiny starter and what do you know, after only 27 SR's I found a motherfucking shiny Tododile!!

Thanks to everyone who game me advise on Emerald and informed me about the whole shiny frames thing, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't of switched to HG and gotten this shiny Tododile.
