Shit, even Mega Sableye is used on hazard stacking balance at this point. Stall is a generally inferior playstyle and will continue to be, it's too prone to match-up and strong wallbreakers (read: half of the tier) to be dominant for long.
Not like we have any shortage of balance/stall breakers in the first place, including Mega Alt, Zards, Keldeo, Kyurem-Black, Thundurus, and pic related
