Notice how they then used Water Pulse to finish it off because if they had used Water Pulse first instead of Bubble it would've one-shot it. A Water Pulse from a Lv.15 Squirtle one-shots a Lv.18 Noble. I don't remember its typing but I hope water is 4x effective because otherwise Nobles seem pretty weak.
