You sit in the chair, a switch is pulled and pistons drop down an electric fence which electrocutes the victim. Anyway, all of the street lamps in the city are connected together; so I thought it'd be neat if when the electric chair was used, all of the lights would end up in a temporary blackout.
I'll fix up the messy design and hide the wires eventually
