The hardest to gather ingredients are Slowpoke tails, Leeks, and Mushrooms, largely due to them being exclusive to level 30 slots.
With Slowpoke tails in particular, it's because the Slowpoke family is so damn slow, and Ditto won't unlock them until 60 (and is still slow).
Gengar is a superb gatherer in general but the lack of mushrooms on slot 1 limits their availability.
Leeks are annoying in that only two families unlock it at 30, but then a lot of families unlock it at 60.
Personally for eggs, my BFS Raichu will be gathering them at 60, so I'll have a steady source of eggs at that time as it's generally a team fixture being so over-levelled against everything else.
