How, HOW. I know all the relative proportions of the face, I know where all the features fall, and I am convinced, absolutely CONVINCED, there is no way in hell to calculate the proportions of a face in three quarter view. All the rules cease to apply or have any practical benefit. I can't calculate and render eyes that are also an eyewidth apart because the two are different sizes and shapes! I can't make the face symmetrical in three dimensional space because the construction lines aren't symmetrical in two dimensional space on the paper! There's no reasonable or logical way to deduce the two vertical lines you've plotted in to guide the placement of the eyes and nose are correct because they're neither parallel to nor equal distances apart from the vertical axis down the middle of the face. All the rules stop being applicable.
